We are NOT the manufacturer or distributor, and therefore can only deal with warranty claims for products purchased from us.
  • All products undergo rigourous quality checks before dispatch.
  • Each product comes with a full lifetime manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship.
  • Faulty or defective products should be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Warranty does not cover battery life.
  • Any returned product should reach us in perfect condition, with all original packaging.
  • Shopping with us does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty does not cover misuse including, but not limited to, sudden impacts, water damage or attempting self-repairs.
